Lee is the original Exchange Guy in New England. He was product specialist and consultant in the Microsoft Waltham, Mass., and Farmington, Conn., offices for many years where he worked closely with customers, partners, the channel and the Redmond Exchange Team. While at Microsoft he held regular meetings, which were open to the Exchange community, essentially creating the forerunner of the Exchange Server Boston User Group.
Since leaving Microsoft in 1997, Lee has worked in the medium and enterprise consulting space, as well as advising software development companies regarding product positioning and vendor leverage. He currently specializes in technical writing, courseware development, migration and upgrade services and product strategy. With over 20 years in the messaging business, he has had his hands on, and successfully migrated from, most messaging and collaboration platforms in existence.

Based in Nashville, Tenn., Larry A. Duncan is a consultant for Collective
Technologies, which provides infrastructure management services to Global
1000 corporations. In his 10 years of IT experience, Larry has been a
leader in systems and application management and has consulted with many of
the world's largest and most recognized organizations and government agencies. He is a recognized authority on Systems Management Server and frequently speaks and writes about the topic.
In what little free time he has, Larry enjoys spending time with his
wife and children, using geocaching as an excuse for connecting with
the world outdoors.

Name: Peter Osbourne

Peter Osbourne is the development manager for Thrifty.com and Dollar.com. In this role, Peter has been on IT's cutting edge, keeping a close eye on how best to apply new technology to Dollar Thrifty. During Peter's tenure, he championed the use of SOAP/XML Web services, which led to one of the earliest commercial uses of Web services. Peter's team has also been very involved with BizTalk, Sharepoint and mobile Web site development. Previously, Peter worked on a wide variety of enterprise IT projects ranging from C/Unix retail and oilfield applications to Microsoft-based Web sites.
Peter holds a black belt in jujitsu and brown belt in Aiki-jujitsu.
He and his wife share their home with five cats and seven dogs, two of which are agility dogs.
Name: Douglas R. Spindler

Douglas R. Spindler is the Active Directory project manager for Lawrence
Berkeley National Laboratory. Over the past 20 years Douglas has been a
technology consultant designing and implementing computer technology for
companies around the world. He attended the University of California at
Berkeley and holds many certifications, including MCSE + Internet. Douglas can
be seen on TV, lecturing at industry events, has authored countless
articles, sits on the Microsoft Advisory Board and is currently President of the San Francisco Networking Technologies Users Group.

Name: Rich Zach
Location: Boston area
Job Title & Company: Founder, MetroWest Systems, Inc. (wireless and IT consulting services)

Area of expertise: Large scale datacenter and wireless operations at the CTO level
Rick's experience ranges from broadcast TV (ABC-TV, NBC-TV, WCVB-TV Boston) to wireless operations that were eventually sold to NEXTEL as the start of its Boston operation. He later founded and was CTO of US Datacenters, Inc.
Rick also holds a U.S. Coast Guard master-grade commercial captain's license and skippers a commercial boat in Boston Harbor from time to time.
